Matcha Chia Pudding (my choice)

An extremely healthy pudding that also tastes divine.

FOR NO. PERSONS: 2
Preparation time: 5 min
Cooking time: 2-4 hours freezing

ingridients

 2 grams of Premium Matcha

1 handful of blueberries

30g Chia seeds

200 ml of milk from  Mimy almond base

vanilla extract

1 teaspoon of honey / you can also use agave, maple syrup...

For thickening, a handful of oatmeal

 

preparation

  1. Prepare the Mimi almond base in a bowl and heat it.
  2. Pour 2 grams of Matcha directly into the milk and stir with a whisk until it dissolves completely.
  3. Add the chia seeds, oatmeal and honey to the mixture and stir until completely combined.
  4. Add vanilla extract and mix again.
  5. Sprinkle blueberries on top.
  6. If desired, you can add a little honey on top.
  7. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 to 4 hours.

advice

If we want a really healthy, but also sweet dessert, melt the honey and pour a little of it over the blueberries.

To make the pudding even better, it can be prepared the day before and left in the refrigerator overnight.

Chia seeds can be soaked overnight to make them more puffy.
