Zenoaza.si je spletna trgovina, katera ima sedež na Brejčevi ulici 1, v Ljubljani.
Ukvarja se z prodajo matcha japonskih čajev, čajnih izdelkov, ter čajnih pripomočkov. Spletna trgovina zenoaza.si je namenjena prodaji izdelkov uporabnikom. Uporabnik je oseba, ki uporablja naš sistem, torej kupec v spletni trgovini zenoaza.si. Splošni pogoji poslovanja spletne trgovine zenoaza.si sledijo določilom Zakona o varstvu potrošnikov (ZVPot-UPB2) in ostali zakonodaji, ki ureja e-poslovanje in trgovinsko dejavnost.
Z uporabo spletne trgovine zenoaza.si se strinjate z vsemi pogoji, navedenimi v vseh sledečih točkah pogojev poslovanja.

Registration

To buy in the online store, registration is not required. When completing the order, it is necessary to enter only the data necessary for the acceptance and delivery of the order.

Zenoaza.eu will provide customers with the following information:
a) company identity (company name and registered office, register number),
b) contact information that enables the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail, telephone),
c) characteristics of the goods
d) product availability
e) conditions of product delivery (method, place and deadline of delivery),
f) all prices must be clearly and unambiguously determined
g) method of payment and delivery,
h) time validity of the offer

Purchase process and prices

The buyer can be a natural or legal person.

When the buyer selects the desired product, he clicks on the "ADD TO CART" button. In the section Your basket at the top right of the website, the buyer can check all the products he has added to the basket.

When he wants to complete the purchase, he clicks the "CHECKOUT" button in the "YOUR CART" section, where he can once again check which products he has in the cart. Here you can also change the quantities and, if desired, remove the product from the basket. If the customer has a promotional code, he can enter it in this step.

After the buyer checks all the products in the basket and the price to be paid, he must click on the "CHECKOUT" button to complete the purchase. In 3 clearly visible steps, he must fill in all the fields to complete the purchase.

1) In the first step, enter the information for the account (which includes first name, last name or company name, address or headquarters, telephone or mobile number and e-mail), check if he is a legal entity (if he is a natural person, the field is empty) and fill in if the recipient is at a different address than the payer.

2) In the second step, he chooses delivery and payment method.
3) In the third step, you can review the entire basket once more and complete the order

clicks on the "SUBMIT ORDER" button. If you want to change another product, you can click on the "YOUR CART" section at any time and click on the "CHECKOUT" button, where you can change the quantities and remove the products you want to remove.

Immediately after submitting the order, the customer receives an electronic message to the e-mail address he entered at the time of purchase, which contains confirmation of receipt of the order and a proforma invoice (if he has indicated payment by proforma invoice), which he can pay within 1 to 3 days (in the case of payment according to the estimate). After payment of the estimate, the provider packs and ships the product/s within a reasonable period of time.

In addition to the ordered product, the customer also receives an original invoice as a confirmation of payment.

If the provider finds that it is unable to carry out the order, it must inform the client about this in a timely manner (via e-mail, telephone or SMS notification).

Kupoprodajna pogodba med Zenoazo in kupcem je v spletni trgovini www.zenoaza.si sklenjena v trenutku, ko Zenoaza kupcu pošlje prvo elektronsko sporočilo o statusu njegovega naročila. Od tega trenutka so vse cene in drugi pogoji fiksirani in veljajo tako za Zenoazo kot za kupca.

The sales contract (ie the first electronic message about the status of the order) is stored in electronic form on the Zenoaze server.

Discount codes

The discount code or promotional code brings various advantages when purchasing through the Zenoaza online store. You can find the active code on the front page of the advertising message, on the page of each department, in our e-newsletter or other media. The code brings various benefits, from various gifts to discounts. Any code is always limited in time, and must be used within this limited period, otherwise it is invalid.

Using the discount code:

  • – Select the items you want to buy and put them in the basket.

  • - At the checkout, enter the discount code in the "I have a promotional code" box and click the "activate" button.

  • - Only one discount code can be used for one purchase.

  • – When you enter discount codes, the value of the discount code is automatically deducted from the price of your order. There remains an amount that still needs to be settled.

Payment and invoicing

The customer can pay for the products in one of the following ways:

  • Payment by advance invoice (UPN order): when the client places the order, he receives a proforma invoice to the entered email address, where all the information for payment is to the account of the company Laureola Matjaž Zaletel sp

  • PayPal: With Paypal to the account of the company Laureola Matjaž Zaletel sp

  • Payment cards: With payment or credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, via the Stripe company platform.
    After delivery of the ordered items, Zenoaza also sends the customer an invoice together with the ordered items.

The invoice contains a breakdown of the price and all costs related to the purchase, as well as a notice of the right to withdraw from the contract. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order.

Delivery

The company GLS takes care of the delivery of the products.

Stroški dostave in pakiranja v Sloveniji pri nakupu pod 50,00 € znašajo 3 €. Stroški dostave pri nakupu nad 50,00 € pa so brezplačni.
Warning: these conditions and packaging and delivery costs apply only within the Republic of Slovenia.

If the client receives a physically damaged or opened package, he must immediately notify the delivery service and initiate the complaint procedure.

Prices

Cene, objavljene na spletni strani www.zenoaza.si veljajo na dan naročila.

Vse cene so v evrih in vsebujejo DDV (9,5% ali 22%). Za čaje se obračuna 9,5% davek na dodano vrednost, za skodelice, metlice in ostali pribor pa se obračuna 22% davek na dodano vrednost.

Pri pogodbah, sklenjenih na daljavo, ima potrošnik (po 43.č členu ZVPot) pravico, da v 14 dneh pošlje podjetju elektronsko sporočilo na info@zenoaza.si, da odstopa od pogodbe, ne da bi mu bilo treba navesti razlog za svojo odločitev. Odstop od nakupa čajev ni mogoč. Stroški vrnitve so na strani kupca.

The consumer must return the goods to the company no later than 14 days after the notification of withdrawal from the order. The consumer returns the goods to the address: Brejčeva ulica 1, 1000 Ljubljana. After receiving the goods, the company returns all payments made to the consumer in accordance with the law. The only cost charged to the consumer in connection with the cancellation of the order is the direct cost of returning the goods. The consumer must return the item to the seller undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the item is destroyed, damaged, lost or its quantity has decreased through no fault of the consumer.
When returning the goods, the consumer also sends the invoice for the goods and personal data and the transaction account to which he wishes to receive the returned payment. We will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract.
In case of withdrawal from the contract where the coupon was used or discount code, these funds are considered as a discount and are not returned to the user. Only the paid amount is returned to the user's TRR, and the promotional code is also returned to the user in the form of a new code. In case of withdrawal from the contract, the gift voucher is considered as a means of payment and returned to the user as a gift voucher.

Consumer rights regarding material defects

The consumer can assert his rights from a material defect if he informs the seller about the defect within two months from the day the defect was discovered. In the error notification, the consumer must describe the error in more detail and allow the seller to inspect the item. The consumer can notify the seller of the defect personally, for which the seller must issue a certificate, or send it to the store where the item was purchased, or to the representative of the seller with whom he concluded the contract. The seller is not responsible for material defects in the goods that become apparent after two years have passed since the item was delivered.

A defect in the goods is considered to have already existed at the time of delivery if it appears within six months of delivery. The consumer's rights from the first paragraph expire after two years from the day he notified the seller about the factual error. The consumer, who has correctly informed the seller about the defect, has the right to request the seller to: correct the defect in the goods or return part of the amount paid in proportion to the defect, or replace the defective goods with new, flawless goods, or return the amount paid.
If the existence of a defect in the goods or an irregularity in the service provided is not in dispute, the company must comply with the consumer's request from Articles 37c and 38 of this Act as soon as possible, but no later than within eight days.
The company must respond to the consumer's request in writing no later than eight days after receiving it, if the existence of a defect in the goods or an irregularity in the service provided is disputed.

The right to privacy

The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data that will be used exclusively for sending offers, estimates, invoices, products, informational material and order status notifications, and will not pass them on to a third party.

The provider will transmit the order data only in the case of choosing a payment method that requires the transmission of order and client data, but exclusively to the service provider of the selected payment method who has a valid contract with the company Laureola, Matjaž Zaletel sp

Protection of personal data

Laureola, Matjaž Zaletel sp is committed to the permanent protection of all personal data of the user in accordance with ZVOP-1. Laureola, Matjaž Zaletel sp indefinitely stores the following data for users who have registered or made a purchase: first and last name, e-mail address, contact phone number, primary and delivery addresses, country of residence. Laureola, Matjaž Zaletel sp uses the personal data indicated exclusively for the purposes of fulfilling the order (sending informative material, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication with users or customers.

Under no circumstances will the user's data be given to unauthorized persons. The user himself is also responsible for the protection of personal data, namely by ensuring the security of his e-mail address, username and password, as well as the appropriate software (antivirus) protection of his computer.

In case of changes

The provider undertakes to ensure that the information on the website is up-to-date and correct. If it happens that the characteristics of the items, their price, delivery time or the amount of stock change so quickly that the provider fails to change the data, the buyer will be informed in time about these changes and will be able to cancel the order or order another product.

Conflict solving

The parties will try to resolve all disputes amicably.
If this is not possible, the dispute will be resolved by the competent court in Ljubljana.
