The general terms and conditions of the zenoaza.si online store are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1). The online store zenoaza.si is an information system intended for the presentation and sale of products to the user. It is managed by the company Laureola, Matjaž Zaletel sp, hereinafter referred to as provider/trgovina/zenoaza.si. The user is a person who uses our system, i.e. a customer in the online store. The general terms and conditions deal with the operation of the zenoaza.si online store, the user's rights and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.

The customer is bound by the general conditions valid at the time of purchase (submission of the online order). When placing an order, the user is each time separately warned of the general terms and conditions of business, and by placing the order he confirms his familiarity with them.

The provider has not checked all the web pages that are connected to the zenoaza.si website and is therefore not responsible for the content of any external or other page that is in any way connected to it. The provider has the right to change the terms of use by updating this post. Such changes to the conditions are binding for users.

Availability of information

The provider undertakes to always provide the customer with the following information:

  • Company identity (company name and registered office, registration number).
  • Contact addresses (e-mail, telephone).
  • Essential characteristics of the goods (including sales services and guarantees) and the validity period of this information.
  • Availability of products (every item offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time).
  • Terms of product delivery or service performance (and method, place and approximate delivery date).
  • All prices that must be clearly and unambiguously specified. From the written information, it must be clear and shown whether the prices already include taxes, transport costs and other duties, as well as the validity period of this information.

  • An explanation of the complaint procedure, including all information about the contact person or customer service department.

Ordering

In order to ensure security when shopping in the zenoaza.si online store, a new user can create an account (My profile), through which he can also monitor all past purchases, the status of current orders, as well as change the information in his profile. Upon registration, the user is obliged to provide the required data (marked with an asterisk *), whereby the user is assigned a username and password. Registered users enter their profile with their registered username and chosen password. In the event of a lost/forgotten password, the user can obtain a new password by choosing and confirming it again. All personal data is stored and processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Registration in the online store is not necessary or mandatory if you do not want it. You can also make a purchase in the online store as a guest. To make a purchase, you only need to enter your information when placing the order. By agreeing to our general terms and conditions, you allow us to use your e-mail address to inform you about news, promotions and other marketing activities. Of course, you can unsubscribe from notifications at any time.

Online ordering is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The consumer chooses and orders the products available in the online store. Ordering in our online store is fast, safe and easy.

TECHNICAL STEPS LEADING TO THE CONCLUSION OF A SALES AGREEMENT

You can make a purchase in the zenoaza.si store as follows: Select a product, add it to the basket with the "add to basket" button. When the product is added to the basket, the basket overview is displayed. In this step, you can decide if you want to checkout or if you want to continue shopping. If at this point you want to checkout, you can also add a discount code in this step, if you have one. By pressing the "Go to checkout" button, the checkout opens. In the first checkout step, by pressing the "show basket" button, you will be shown a basket in which the partial amount, the delivery amount and the total amount of the purchase are visible. Then scroll down, where you have the option to enter a discount code if you have one and want to redeem it. Then fill in the required information: E-mail, first name, last name, street and house number, city, postal code, country, telephone number.

In How much do you want a company invoice, also fill in the field for the company invoice and tax number. If the delivery and invoice data are different, tick and use other data for the invoice. When you tick, the following fields will open: street, city, postal code and country. When you have filled in all the information by pressing the "Continue to Delivery method" button, you will move to the second step of the checkout. In this step, you can look at your basket again by pressing the "Show basket" button. Under the basket, you will see an overview of the data you have entered in to the first checkout step. Please check the accuracy of the data, namely: delivery method, e-mail, first and last name, delivery address and telephone. If you have found that you have made a mistake when entering data, you have the option to enter the correct data by clicking on the text "Change data". Now you choose the delivery method. If you are from Ljubljana, you can choose the option of free delivery within Ljubljana. Free delivery is possible for purchases over €20.00. For delivery anywhere else in Slovenia, you can choose delivery via the GLS courier service. The delivery price is €3 (price includes VAT). Delivery is free for all purchases over €50.00. Then, by pressing the button "Continue to Payment selection and purchase completion" you move to the third step of the checkout. In this step, you can review the basket again, and you can also edit the basket. Change the quantity of products or remove a product from the basket and check the accuracy of the data you have entered. If the data is not correct, you can still change it in this step. You can change them by clicking on the text "Change data" The items you want to order are listed below your data. Partial purchase amount, delivery amount and total purchase amount. Under the amount, you choose the payment method: Cash on delivery or payment by credit card. If you choose to pay by credit card, enter the following information: card number, due date, card code (CVC). Then read the terms and conditions of the website, agree to them by ticking the box in front of the text: I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the website. Then, by clicking on the "Order with payment obligation" button, you place the order. This button also displays the final amount of your order. After placing the order, a summary of your order is displayed on the screen. Also, we send you an electronic message on the status of the order (confirmation mail) to your e-mail, at this moment the sales contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded. In the confirmation email, we thank you for your order. This e-mail contains information about the order, namely: Order number, method of payment, which products you ordered, how much of each product you ordered and the price of the product/products. The delivery price, the amount of the discount if you used a discount code and the total amount of the order are also written. This electronic message also contains the customer's data, namely: first name, last name, address, telephone number and e-mail. This electronic message contains company information, namely: Laureola, Matjaž Zaletel sp, Brejčeva ulica 1, 1000 Ljubljana, telephone: 040790884, E-mail: info@zenoaza.si. You also have an added link to the general business conditions. About a possible change to the order or cancellation, the buyer must inform the provider about this at the e-mail address info@zenoaza.si, where he must also indicate the order number mentioned in the e-mail about the purchase.

After placing the order, we deliver the selected goods to the selected address as soon as possible.

TECHNOLOGICAL MEANS THAT ENABLE THE IDENTIFICATION AND CORRECTION OF ERRORS BEFORE SUBMISSION OF THE ORDER

Before submitting the order, the user (buyer) is enabled to, with immediate effect, easily and without problems:

-sees and reviews which products he has selected and added to the basket

-see and review the price of an individual product and the total price of the entire order

-changes the selected quantity of an individual product and calculates the new price of the changed quantity

-removes the selected products that he does not want to buy from the shopping basket

- changes the selected method of delivery of the product/products

- changes the selected payment method

-views and changes: name, surname, delivery address, e-mail, delivery method, telephone number.

WHO CAN ORDER ON THE WEBSITE?

The company Laureola, Matjaž Zaletel sp allows all buyers/consumers from the EU and companies based in the EU who acquire or use goods and services only for final use, regardless of citizenship and place of residence or headquarters, to purchase through our online store in accordance with the conditions this online store.

NOTIFICATIONS ABOUT ABANDONED CARTS:

In the zenoaza.si online store, we reserve the right to inform our customers about an abandoned cart and invite them to complete their purchase. If you have entered the selected products in the basket, entered your contact information, and have not ticked the box that you do not want to receive e-mails, you will receive three messages to your e-mail address. You will receive the first message in 30 minutes, the second after 12 hours and the third and last message within 24 hours after leaving the basket.

After placing the order

The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded the moment the provider confirms the order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer. The sales contract (ie the first electronic message about the status of the order) is stored in electronic form on the server of Laureola, Matjaž Zaletel sp and is accessible to the buyer. Contracts on the zenoaza.si website are only concluded in the Slovenian language.

After placing the order, we will prepare the goods within the agreed time and send them to your address. Delivery time is 2-3 working days.

Laurola, Matjaž Zaletel sp instructs you in these general conditions about all information about the policy of deviating from the contract, where to contact in the event of a delivery delay and where to contact in the event of a complaint. SMS messages sent to you by the courier company GLS, our company Laurola, Matjaž Zalatel s.p. is not received, so customers are asked not to reply to SMS messages, but to contact us via e-mail info@zenoaza.si or phone number 040 790 884.

If the buyer decides to cancel the order, he must notify the seller immediately to the e-mail address: info@zenoaza.si . If the order has already been shipped, the buyer simply does not pick up the shipment. In this case, the company Laurola, Matjaž Zalatel s.p. reserves the right to refund the costs of sending the package.

PAYMENT METHODS

The following payment methods are available in the online store:

  • Payment upon collection

With this payment method, you pay the purchase price to the GLS courier with a payment card or to the Zen Oaza courier with cash directly when you pick up the package.

  • Cash in Advance

When choosing the "payment by advance invoice" option, you will receive an invoice by e-mail and instructions for paying for your products by transfer to the transaction account of the company Laurola, Matjaž Zalatel s.p. Delivery follows receipt of your payment within the agreed time.

  • Payment by credit card or the Pay Pal system

When you select the "credit card" or "PayPal" option and submit the order, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of the order by e-mail, followed by delivery within the agreed time frame. You pay for the ordered product by entering the necessary information about the credit card that will be charged for the purchase amount. In case of payment by credit card, the payer must be (data in

user profile) the same person or organization that owns the payment or credit card. In the case of payment by credit card, it is not possible to change the content of the order or the final amount of the order after the order has been submitted, except in special cases determined by the provider.

If the payment is successfully confirmed, the system will redirect you back to the zenoaza.si website, and you will receive information and confirmation of your order to your e-mail address.

  • The purchase agreement (order) is stored electronically on the provider's server.

INVOICE ISSUANCE

Laurola, Matjaž Zaletel sp when delivering the ordered items to the customer encloses the invoice in the package with the products. The price and all costs related to the purchase are detailed on the invoice. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order. We do not take into account objections made later regarding the correctness of the issued invoices.

PRICES

All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT. A reduced price is a reduced regular price at which the presented product is sold for a fixed or indefinite period of time. All prices in the online store are product prices and do not include delivery costs. The prices are valid at the moment of placing the order and have no further validity. The prices are valid in the case of payment with the above-mentioned payment methods, under the above-mentioned conditions. For the consumer, the price stated in the online store and with which he was additionally informed during the order process and agreed with it applies. The coupon code cannot be exchanged for cash. Discounts and coupons are generally not cumulative, unless otherwise stated!

  1. Article (ZVPot-1) - (price reduction and sale)

(1) When reducing the price of goods, the company indicates the previous price and the reduced price.

(2) The previous price is considered to be the lowest price that the company used in the last 30 days before the reduced price was applied.

(3) Regardless of the previous paragraph, for goods that have been on the market for less than 30 days, the previous price is considered the lowest price at which the company offered the goods before the price reduction during the period during which the goods were on the market.

(4) Regardless of the second paragraph of this article and the previous paragraph, in the case of a continuous gradual price reduction, the previous price from the second paragraph of this article shall be considered the price that was the lowest price at least 30 days before the first reduced price in the continuous gradual price reduction.

(5) If the reduction percentage is published in a range, the maximum reduction percentage must cover at least one quarter of the value of all goods on sale.

PAYMENT AND CREDIT CARDS

In case of payment by payment or credit cards, the following conditions also apply:

  • The payer (data in the user's account) must be the same person or organization as the owner of the payment or credit card.
  • In the event that the details of the payer on the account and the person on the payment or credit card do not match, the provider reserves the right to cancel the order.
  • After confirmation of receipt of the order, it is not possible to change the content of the order or of the final amount of the order, except in exceptional cases with the approval of the provider.

DISCOUNT CODES

Using a discount code

  • You add the product(s) to the cart. By scrolling to the basket, you will see a list of products that have been added to the basket. Below the list of products is the option to enter a discount code. Discount codes do not apply to products already discounted, unless otherwise stated.
  • After that, the amount of the purchase, which contains the discount coupon, will be displayed. 
  • A discount code can also be a one-time code, meaning you can only use it once.
  • The combination of different types of benefits (discount code, promotional code and bonus) within the same order is not possible.

DELIVERY

Our contractual partner for the delivery of shipments in Slovenia is GLS, but Laurola, Matjaž Zaletel sp reserves the right to choose another delivery service if it can fulfill the order more efficiently.

We will deliver the items you ordered within 2-3 working days.

Cancel order

The user can cancel the placed order without additional costs. Order cancellation can only be done at info@zenoaza.si

Upon cancellation, the user must provide the following information:

  • order number,
  • first and last name of the buyer,

If we have already processed and forwarded the order to the delivery service before you canceled it. The customer of the canceled order refuses the package to the delivery service.

Familiarization with the legal guarantee for the conformity of goods

Based on point 7 of the first paragraph of Article 18 of ZVPot-1, the company Laurola, Matjaž Zaletel sp bears responsibility for any non-conformity of goods according to ZVPot-1.

Security of purchase

The provider undertakes to process your personal data solely and exclusively for the execution of the order. And will not pass them on to other organizations. They are stored on the provider's roof tile. Credit card authorizations are carried out in real time with immediate verification of data from banks. Card information is not stored on the provider's server.

Responsibilities of the buyer

The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the information on the invoice and to notify the seller of any errors within eight (8) days of receipt. We do not consider later complaints. Your credit card will be charged directly upon confirmation of your order. The amount that will be charged to your card may differ from the amount indicated on our site, as it depends on the surcharges or fees of your card issuer (and/or card provider) implemented during the transaction process.

We are not responsible for fees related to changing exchange rates and surcharges set by your bank, as well as any other additional fees for foreign currency transactions charged to you by your card issuer, in the event that EUR is not the currency in which you your credit card issuer issues invoices.

Protection of personal data

The company Laurola, Matjaž Zaletel sp is committed to the permanent protection of all personal data of the user in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 and ZVOP-1. All detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy section. The user must be aware that he is obliged to provide his personal data to the online trader in a correct and true form, and he is also obliged to inform the online trader of any change in his data. By accepting these terms and conditions, the user confirms that the personal data he has provided is correct.

Order processing and fulfillment

We use the personal information you provide to process your orders, your purchases and delivery to your preferred delivery address. This includes communicating with you about the status of your order and providing necessary updates.

The content on the website may contain material whose copyright may also be the property of third parties. Therefore, any transmission of information from websites is permitted only with the written approval of the owner. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice. The provider has the option of withdrawing from the contract only if an obvious error is found (Article 46 of the OZ). An obvious error is a mistake in the essential properties of the article and all mistakes which are considered decisive according to the customs of the trade or according to the intention of the customers and which the provider would not have confirmed or entered into a contract with if he had been aware of them.

Complaints and disputes

The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation and makes every effort to fulfill its duty to provide an effective complaint handling system. The company Laureola, Matjaž Zaletel sp is aware that an essential characteristic of consumer disputes is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the time and costs required to resolve the dispute, which is also the main obstacle for the consumer not to initiate a dispute before the court. That's why Laureola, Matjaž Zaletel sp makes every effort to resolve any disputes amicably. Within five working days, the provider must confirm that it has received the complaint, inform the user how long it will take to process it and keep him informed about the progress of the procedure.

Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes

In accordance with the legal norms of Laurola, Matjaž Zalatel s,p. does not recognize any provider of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer could initiate in accordance with the Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes. Laureola, Matjaž Zaletel sp, which as a provider of goods and services facilitates online trade in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, publishes on its website an electronic link to the platform for the online resolution of consumer disputes (SRPS). The aforementioned regulation comes from the Act on the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the online resolution of consumer disputes and the amendment of Regulation (EC) no. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
