Matcha hummus

All hummus lovers, we have a recipe for you that will take your hummus to the next level. Your taste buds will truly thank you.

ingridients

1 can of chickpeas (150g)

juice of one lemon

1 medium garlic

1 pinch of salt

3 tablespoons of tahini

1 teaspoon of Premium Matcha

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 sprig of parsley

preparation

  1. Blend the chickpeas in a blender to create a smooth substance.
  2.  Add 3 tablespoons of tahini, the juice of one lemon, a pinch of salt, parsley and a little water.
  3.  Mix everything together to form a thick paste.
  4. Add two tablespoons of olive oil and garlic to the mixture.
  5. At the very end, add Matcha and mix everything together until you get a nice green hummus.
  6. Sift the hummus into a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
