Smoothie with matcha, avocado and pineapple

A good day always starts with a top-quality breakfast. This smoothie definitely falls into that category.

ingridients

1 tablespoon Mimy almond base

200ml of water

2 grams of Premium Matcha

30 grams of fresh spinach

70 grams of fresh or pickled (sugar-free) pineapple

1 small apple

half an avocado

1 tablespoon of oatmeal

a little fresh ginger (to taste)

1 handful of ice

preparation

  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, roughly chop it and throw it into a blender.
  2. Then add the almond base and Matcha (as a powder) to the blender.
  3. Mix avocado, Matcha, almond base and 2 dl water in a blender for 20 seconds.
  4. Wash the spinach and dry it well.
  5. Then add all the other ingredients and ice to the blender and mix for at least 1 minute until you get a thick smoothie.

advice

If desired, vanilla proteins can also be added to the mixture to make the smoothie even more delicious.

The smoothie can be served in a bowl with homemade granola.
