Strawberry Matcha Latte (my choice)

Matcha latte is definitely one of the most popular ways to prepare Matcha. We went one step further and added fresh strawberry puree to it. The result – a drink that will replace Matcha latte, at least on summer days.

Cooking time: 2-3 hours

ingridients

1. a handful of fresh strawberries
1-2 grams premium Matcha
ice
100ml of warm water at 80 degrees
100ml mimy almond base

preparation

1. Make a strawberry puree from fresh strawberries (mix or mash the strawberries) and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to cool down.
2. When the puree has cooled, prepare the Matcha as usual, pour 1-2 grams of Matcha with 100ml of water heated to 80 degrees and stir for 15 seconds with a whisk to make the Matcha foam.
3. Then sprinkle ice into the glass.
4. Pour the strawberry puree over the ice and wait a few seconds for it to settle well, then pour the warm Matcha over it.
