ingridients

Foundation ingredients:
90g of almond flour
20g of coconut
40g of ground pistachios
1/3 teaspoon of salt
50g of dates (mixed with 3-4 tablespoons of water)
1 tablespoon of almond base Mimy nutbase
1 tablespoon of agave syrup
2 tablespoons of water

Ingredients for the cream:
100g of coconut cream
2 tablespoons of coconut water or oil
85g cashews
45g of ground pistachios
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon Matches
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
3 tablespoons of agave syrup

preparation

1. First, mix together all the ingredients for the base and knead them well.
2. When the dough is made, oil the muffin tin and shape the base in the shape of baskets.
3. Then we need a blender, in which we mix all the ingredients for the cream. Instead of 2 tablespoons of coconut water, you can use 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil if you want the cream to thicken more.
4. Pour the cream into the base and place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or overnight. You can also put them in the freezer for a good hour.
5. Decorate as desired, I recommend fresh strawberries.
