1 gram of Ceremonial Matcha

1 ml of water

preparation

  1. Heat 1 dl of water to 80 degrees in the heater.
  2. Then mix 1 g of Ceremonial Matcha with 1 dl of warm water in a large cup.
  3. Mix the matcha with a bamboo whisk until it dissolves completely and a nice gentle foam is formed.
  4. Finally, pour the warm Matcha into a glass full of ice.

Matcha is so delicious by itself that it doesn't need any sweeteners, but you can add a little fresh fruit to it to make the drink even more colorful.
