A taste of summer Gin with Matcha

1 gram of Premium Matcha
some mint leaves
1 small lime
1 teaspoon of agave syrup
ice
0.03 Gina
a little water, less than 1dl
preparation
- Matcha is prepared in a cup with a little water heated to 80 degrees and stirred with a whisk until it is completely dissolved.
- Mix lime juice and agave in a cocktail shaker.
- Add Matcha and Gin to the shaker and stir until everything is well mixed.
- sprinkle ice into the glass and add fresh mint leaves.
- Pour the contents of the shaker into a glass and serve immediately.
- The cocktail contains alcohol, so it is not suitable for children!
