Matcha ice cream lights

Ice cream lights with Matcha are as much food for your eyes as they are for your soul. So good and so healthy, they're mouth-watering.
FOR NO. PERSONS: 4
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 4-5 hours

ingridients

500 ml fat-free Greek yogurt
3-4 grams of Premium Matcha
2 to 3 tablespoons of pure honey
2 tablespoons chocolate chips 1 teaspoon organic coconut oil

preparation

1. Add yogurt, Matcha and honey to the mixing bowl and mix well with a whisk. Make sure there are no lumps.
2. Pour the mixture into ice cream molds and freeze for one hour.
3. After one hour, add the ice cream sticks and put them back in the freezer for a maximum of 4 hours or until they harden.
5. Place pieces of dark chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl and melt over low heat, stirring constantly.
6. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the lights just before cutting them
For an even fresher and summery taste, you can add a little fresh mint to the yogurt.
