Matcha latte

Matcha latte is an excellent drink that originated in Europe, because the Japanese always drink Matcha on its own, without milk.

ingridients

1g of Premium Matcha 

1dl of water heated to 80 degrees

1dl of milk from Mimy almond base

 

 

preparation

  1. Heat 1 dl of water to 80 degrees in the heater.
  2. Then sprinkle 1g of Matcha premium into a large cup and stir the Matcha into the water with a whisk until it dissolves completely.
  3. Then you add the milk of your choice to the Matcha (oat, almond, coconut, soy...but you can also cow's milk)
  4. We added almond milk prepared from Mimy's almond base.
  5. Whip the milk with a milk frother and add it to the Matcha.
