1-2 medium ripe avocados
400mg of Alpro yogurt (Mango) without sugar
2 grams of premium Matcha
Honey, to taste (optional)
One handful of ice cubes
preparation
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
- Mix mango yogurt and Matcha to get a nice green cream
- First, blend the avocado in a blender to make an avocado puree.
- Then add all the other ingredients and ice to the blender and mix everything together for another 20 seconds.
