We need a Matcha whisk and a Matcha spoon as well as a Matcha cup and Ceremonial Matcha.

1 gram of Ceremonial Matcha
1 dl of water heated to 80 degrees.

preparation

1. Pour 1 gram of Ceremonial Matcha with 50 ml of water heated to 80 degrees.
2. Stir with a whisk until the Matcha is completely dissolved. Mix for about 20 to 30 seconds, in a W or M shape, to get a nice light foam.
3. Drink matcha as warm as possible.
