Matcha frappe

A healthy drink that will definitely be on the list of your favorite summer drinks.

ingridients

 2 large handfuls of ice

 100 ml of milk from Mimy almond base

 2 grams of Premium Matcha

 10 drops of vanilla essence

100 ml of coconut cream for whipping

preparation

  1. Whip the cream until you get a nice silky foam.
  2. Mix ice, Matcha, milk and vanilla essence in a blender.
  3. Mix until you get a completely smooth drink.
  4. Pour the frozen matcha latte into two cups.
  5. Pour over the whipped cream.
  6. Serve ice cold.

If you want to sweeten your drink a little more, we suggest adding another scoop of vanilla ice cream.
