Matcha latte
Matcha latte is an excellent drink that originated in Europe, because the Japanese always drink Matcha on its own, without milk.
ingridients
preparation
- Heat 1 dl of water to 80 degrees in the heater.
- Then sprinkle 1g of Matcha premium into a large cup and stir the Matcha into the water with a whisk until it dissolves completely.
- Then you add the milk of your choice to the Matcha (oat, almond, coconut, soy...but you can also cow's milk)
- We added almond milk prepared from Mimy's almond base.
- Whip the milk with a milk frother and add it to the Matcha.

If we add ice to the drink, we get a unique summer drink.
