A taste of summer Gin with Matcha

1 gram of Premium Matcha

some mint leaves

1 small lime

1 teaspoon of agave syrup

ice

0.03 Gina

a little water, less than 1dl

preparation

  1. Matcha is prepared in a cup with a little water heated to 80 degrees and stirred with a whisk until it is completely dissolved.
  2. Mix lime juice and agave in a cocktail shaker.
  3. Add Matcha and Gin to the shaker and stir until everything is well mixed.
  4. sprinkle ice into the glass and add fresh mint leaves.
  5. Pour the contents of the shaker into a glass and serve immediately.
  6. The cocktail contains alcohol, so it is not suitable for children!
