1-2 medium ripe avocados
400mg of Alpro yogurt (Mango) without sugar
2 grams of premium Matcha
Honey, to taste (optional)
One handful of ice cubes

preparation

  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  2. Mix mango yogurt and Matcha to get a nice green cream
  3. First, blend the avocado in a blender to make an avocado puree.
  4. Then add all the other ingredients and ice to the blender and mix everything together for another 20 seconds.
