Matcha mousse with white chocolate
The magical combination of Matcha and white chocolate creates a divine dessert that will definitely be on the menu many times.

Preparation time: 15-20 min
Cooking time: 5 hours
ingridients
150 g of white chocolate
500 ml of coconut milk
4 teaspoons of honey
half a bag of agar agar
4 g of premium Matcha
3-5 tablespoons of water
strawberries for decoration

preparation
1. Chop the white chocolate into small pieces.
2. Heat the coconut milk and honey in a pot, heat it over low heat and slowly stir in the chocolate.
3. Cook until the chocolate melts completely.
4. In another pot, mix agar agar, premium Matcha and a few tablespoons of water. The water should be warm for the Matcha to dissolve completely.
5. Then pour everything into a mixing bowl and mix until you get a nice light mousse.
6. Pour the mixture into the pots, which we previously moistened with water, and place in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
7. Serve chilled and garnish with fresh strawberries.
