Matcha and its intense green color in itself fascinates and wins hearts that are hard to win. With a little imagination, with a nice glass jar or cup, you will prepare a drink that will be a feast for your eyes and will excite all your senses.
All you need to make the perfect Matcha latte is our premium organic Ceremonial Matcha, water and milk. We chose the almond Mimy base. If you wish, you can also add coconut sugar, but our Matcha does not really need it, as it is of superior quality and therefore has a slightly sweet taste.
Pour a gram of Matcha into the cup with a bamboo spoon, mix it with a bamboo whisk so that it is evenly distributed over the surface of the cup. The matcha is then poured with water heated to 80 degrees. Mix everything until the Matcha is completely dissolved in the water. After about 15 to 20 seconds of vigorous stirring, your Matcha should be nicely foamed. To top it off, we add more Mimi milk prepared from Mimy almond base and whipped into a slightly silky foam with a milk frother.
Let us trust you that in addition to being extremely tasty, Matcha also has a very beneficial effect, as it is rich in vitamins A and C, proteins, antioxidants, potassium and calcium.
