Description
MATCHA CEREMONIAL GRADE
Because we want to offer you only the best, we have brought you real premium Matcha of the highest quality directly from Japan.
Its silky sweet taste is the reason why it will become indispensable for you. Ceremonial Matcha is ground from only the youngest, smallest and freshest green tea leaves, which are stripped of all leaf veins and stems that could give the drink a bitter taste. The higher price of Ceremonial Matcha is justified by the attention paid to growing the plant, harvesting, drying and grinding the tea leaves.
We recommend that you drink Ceremonial Matcha without additives such as milk and without sweeteners, as this is the only way you will feel its excellent taste.
Take a moment more to prepare the drink. Take your time and stir it with a traditional bamboo whisk for a good fifteen seconds so that it foams nicely, and eat it warm. In this way, you will feel and appreciate the effort put into it and it will become your daily culture, ritual and not just some daily routine.
INGREDIENTS: 100% ground matcha powder from green tea leaves.
BAMBOO BRUSH
The matcha whisk, called Chasen, is traditionally handcrafted from a single piece of bamboo. The purpose of the whisk is to evenly and consistently mix the water and Matcha powder, as the powder likes to stick together in small lumps when it comes into contact with water. With a whisk, you will prevent this when adding water gently. In addition, using a whisk and stirring intensively will create a gentle Matcha foam.
Clean the whisk only with warm water.
Drinking Matcha is a real ritual in Japan. In addition to the cup and whisk, part of the equipment for preparing real Matcha is also a teaspoon or Chashaku. A bamboo spoon designed to give you the most accurate dose of Matcha.
To prepare Matcha, we need 1 g, which is exactly one bamboo spoon.
